Inspector’s notes

An air gap or an approved backflow prevention device is not installed as required. An approved backflow device needs to be installed to new water lines for chemical dispensers at mop sink and 3-comp sink. Please install each with a dedicated water line, a valve, and a check valve to prevent backflow into tap water supply. Remove Y splitters from mop sink faucets.
