TCS foods were being held at temperatures >41° F. Observed tomatoes and cooked bacon in the cold holding unit that was above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure TCS food in cold holding is held under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the out of temperature food items. +COS
