Observed chicken wings in walk in cooler dated 7/2/26-10/2/26. Date marking should reflect the date opened or prepared plus six days for a total of no more than 1 week. Frozen foods pulled from freezer to cooler must be re-dated. Cheese may be given a shelf life of 21 days
