ROUTINE - STANDARD INSPECTION

"3717-1-06.4(K) - Violation - Facilities: Pest control: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests is not being adequately controlled or minimized."
"OBSERVATION: Facilities: Pest control: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests is not being adequately controlled or minimized. Observed rodent droppings throughout small dry stock storage room. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PIC discarded all impacted product. PIC to ensure enhanced pest control measures are performed within facility by licensed pest control operator. Increase frequency of pest control treatments/integrated pest control measures until presence is eliminated within facility."
