No manager had Ohio manager certification in food protection. Observed that the Ohio Manager Certification in Food Protection was not available at the facility. The Person in Charge must complete an approved manager-level food safety training course and submit the appropriate application to the Ohio Department of Health to obtain the Ohio Manager Certification in Food Protection.
