3.2(Q) - Food Storage: Preventing Contamination from the Premises
Food items are not protected from contamination during storage. Boxes of water bottles, sport drinks and soda were stored on the floor. Must be stored in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to water, dust, or other contamination, and at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.
More about food not protected from contamination4.1(Z) - Temperature Measuring Device - Functionality
Temperature measuring devices are missing, not correctly placed, not readable, or of improper design. Observed that the dairy/energy drink coolers are missing a thermometer. A temperature measuring device must be present to ensure proper monitoring.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

7.1(A) - X. Chemical - Poisonous/toxic material
Poisonous/toxic materials are stored in a manner that could contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles. Observed chemical bottle on top of chips bag. Must keep all chemical items on the bottom and separate from food items. Corrected on site.
Cleaning products, pesticides, or other chemicals were stored or labeled in a way that could let them get into food. This is serious because chemical contamination can make people sick quickly.
