Inspector’s notes

The physical facilities are not cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Observed some dust accumulating near the baseboards and underneath equipment around the facility. These areas must be cleaned.

Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
