Ready-to-eat, TCS food was not discarded by the date mark, or was undated and not discarded or was not discarded when the date mark exceeded the required time/temperature combination. -Observed some chocolate milk and dairy milk in box milk pass due date of July 6th and July 9th respectively. PIC voluntarily discard affected food items.

Food is contacting an unclean surface. -Observed the drainboard of the ice machine soiled. PIC volunteered to discontinue the use of the machine until it has been cleaned and sanitized.
