Inspector’s notes
Wet wiping cloth was not maintained in a sanitizer solution between uses. Observed wiping clothes stored in a sanitizer solution that had too low of a concentration of sanitizer. Ensure wiping clothes are stored in a sanitizer solution that is at the proper concentration. PIC replaced the sanitizer solution with the proper concentration. +COS
