In-use utensils are improperly stored. Observed in-use utensils that were stored in a cup of room temperature water. Ensure in-use utensils are stored in a clean, dry location that protects the utensil from contamination. PIC replaced the in-use utensils and stored them in a dry, sanitized container. +COS
