The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans and Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment are to be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Floor boards under display shelves observed to have some dust and grime under them around the storefront area. Area under employee lockers observed to be not cleaned regularly and covered in grime. Shelves in walk in cooler and freezer observed to have buildup of dust. Clean these surfaces. Floor of walk in freezer and cooler obersved to have trash articles on the floor.
