Inspector’s notes

No person in charge certified in food protection was at the FSO where it is needed. Observed missing Person in Charge (PIC) certification. At least one PIC per shift to have Ohio Person-in-Charge (Level One) certification for applicable food service operations and retail food establishments licensed after March 1, 2010.
