Inspector's note: Not in Compliance: Ensure all work surfaces are in good repair and have a smooth and impervious finish that can be readily cleaned, disinfected or sterilized - Non-critical Premise is maintained in a sanitary condition
Inspector's note: Not in Compliance: Floors, walls, fixtures and furniture are in good repair, easily cleanable, and made of smooth and impermeable material - Non-critical Instruments are stored, handled and maintained in good condition
Inspector's note: Not in Compliance: Instruments must be durable, maintained in good working order and kept in a clean and sanitary condition - Critical Products are dispensed appropriately and are approved for use
Inspector's note: Not in Compliance: Ensure every product is dispensed in a manner which prevents contamination - Non-critical Operator provides a sink for reusable equipment
Inspector's note: Not in Compliance: Provide at least one sink for washing and disinfecting reusable equipment that is not the hand wash sink, Ensure sink is capable of immersing the largest piece of equipment used at the setting , Provide a continuous supply of hot and cold potable water under pressure for reprocessing all instruments/equipment, Ensure reprocessing area has adequate counter space to prepare the reusable equipment , Ensure reprocessing area is not located in a room with a toilet, Ensure reprocessing area is sufficiently separated from where personal services are provided as to prevent contamination - Critical Equipment and instruments are cleaned, disinfected, sterilized or discarded
