What happened

The presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the products listed above. Symptoms caused by Listeria monocytogenes can be similar to flu and include high temperature, muscle ache or pain, chills, feeling or being sick and diarrhoea. However, in rare cases, the infection can be more severe, causing serious complications, such as meningitis. Some people are more vulnerable to listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old and people with weakened immune systems.

What to do

Check your fridge, freezer and pantry for the product described below, and compare the brand, size and product codes carefully. If you have it, don't eat it. Throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it for a refund. If you or someone in your home ate it and feels unwell, contact a doctor. If you have a food allergy, don't eat the product even if it looks and smells normal.
