Observed two parcooked chickens hanging inside the walk-in refrigerator with food in indirect contact of the shelf-itself. Observed deep fried chicken cooling on sheet pans lined with newspaper. [CA] All food shall be separated and protected from possible contamination. Maintain food in food grade container and/or utilize food safe wraps. Discontinue the use of newspaper for oil blotting.

Provide designated location for employees to store personal food and beverages, that is separated and protected from facility food. Utilize cups with lids and straws.
