At the back handwash station by the 3 compartment sink, observed a lack of paper towels. [CA] Ensure a paper towel dispenser is installed and paper towels provided to allow for proper handwashing. [SA] Operator provided paper towels for the handwash station. Operator to install a paper towel dispenser.
