Several drain flies observed in the back area. [CA] Facility shall be kept free of flies. Several of what appear to be dead oriental cockroaches caught in glue trap. Observed open drain cover. [CA] Clean and sanitize areas of dead cockroaches. Seal cracks and crevices, working with a professional pest company is recommended to prevent future infestation.
