[CA] Shellstock must have tags available for review. Tags must be maintained for 90 days. [COS] The clams were voluntarily discarded. See VCD form.

In the produce prep room: observed the handsink's paper towel dispenser was empty. A paper towel roll was stored on a nearby shelf. [CA] Keep the paper towel dispenser stocked at all times.
