Hood was turned off. Pilot lights on but no active cooking observed. [CA] Ensure hood is on and working properly when cooking. All 4 lights under hood are not working. [CA] Replace lights. 2 of the baffles under type 1 hood were not installed correctly (installed horizantally instead of vertically).
