The milk is at 54- 60 degrees F. liquid eggs 43 degrees F. Seems the temperature is going down in the unit while writing the report. The only other refrigerator is a small break room refrigerator for the employees personal items. The gallon of milk was discarded. [CA] PHFs must be held at 41 degrees F maximum. Be sure all PHFs in the refrigerator are being held at 41 degrees F maximum. Place in the freezer if the unit is not holding food at 41 degrees F maximum.
