Both handwash sinks in the facility was obstructed. The handwash sink located behind the front counter was obstructed by ice bin stored in front of the sink. The handwash sink in the kitchen was obstructed by trash bin stored in front of the sink and equipment stored on the basin of the sink. [CA] All handwash sinks shall be kept unobstructed and readily accessible for employees to easily wash their hands when required. [COS] Items obstructing the handwash sinks were relocated.
