Handwash sink at bar observed to be missing paper towels. Other handwash sink at bar was partially obstructed by trash can. Per employee he is the only bar tender right now and the other side of the bar is not in use. [CA] Keep handwash sinks easily accessible and fully stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [COS] Employee refilled bar paper towel dispenser.
