No live activities observed after thorough inspection. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. Ensure food and food contact surfaces are protected from possible contamination at all times. Continue to follow pest control service recommendations and monitor for vermin activity. Seal all cracks, crevices, and gaps under any exterior doors to prevent entry and harborage of vermin. [COS]: Instructed maintenance staff to remove vermin and to clean and sanitize affected areas. Provide proof of pest control report to Specialist during follow up inspection or via email at Princess.Lagana@deh.sccgov.org.

[CA]: Potentially Hazardous Food shall be cold held at 41F or below or hot held at 135F or above at all times. [SA]: Beef and rice bowls placed into the oven to be reheated to at least 165F and then hot held at 135F in hot holding units. discontinue storing Potentially Hazardous Food without temperature control.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Facility currently has a backed up floor drain. PIC stated sewage back up occurred last night. During inspection, plumbers are actively working on the floor drain. The only affected equipment is the hand sink. 3 comp sink is connected to a different line. Specialist ran the 3 comp sink and did not observe sewage backup. [CA]: Liquid waste shall be disposed through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. [SA]: PIC to wash hands at 3 comp sink until floor drain connected to hand sink is repaired. Provide video proof of floor drain to Specialist after repair is done.
