A hand wash station is missing around the food prep area. Per PIC, they wash hands at hand wash by cashier station or within the 3-compartment sink. . [CA] All food facilities shall provide an operable hand washing station were food prep takes place. If facility ever goes through a change of ownership, remodel, or plan check then a new hand wash station will have to be installed. [SA] A hand wash station is located by the cashier station.

[CA] The placard shall be posted and clearly visible to the general public and patrons entering the food establishment. Notify this department if the placard is ever damaged.
