Inspector’s notes

Observed a cockroach in a box in the cupboard with the garbage bags. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate roaches from inside the facility. The manager killed the cockroach and threw the box in the garbage outside. Protect food and provide pest control.

In plain English

The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
