Hand wash sink at front is not working. [CA] All food facilities shall provide an operable handwashing station. [SA] Another operable hand wash sink is available at the back of the facility near warewash and oven. Per PIC, a work order has been submitted for front hand wash sink. Ensure hands are washed at operable hand wash sink in the back of the facility prior to handling open food. All reheating of food is done at the back of the facility as well.
