[CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. Clear ice machine floor drain so that waste water can be discharged into the floor sink. [SA] Ice machine turned off to cease the discharge of water into the floor sink. All other drains, sinks and restrooms within the facility observed to be free flowing. Contact inspector for a follow-up inspection when floor drain has been repaired.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.
