The handwash sink at the bar area was blocked off by a bin of ice and lacked soap. [CA] All food facilities shall provide an operable handwashing station that is fully stocked with soap and paper towels. [COS] Fernando had bar staff removed the obstructions and provided a pump bottle of soap.
