The handwash station nearest to the serving area lacked paper towels and handsoap. Note: The other handwash station was inaccessible due to set up. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. [SA] PIC provided a stack of paper towels and soap dispenser.
