In the employee restroom, observed a lack of paper towels at the paper towel dispenser. [CA] Ensure paper towels are provided in the paper towel dispenser for the restroom handwash station to allow for proper handwashing. [SA] Facility does not serve any open food, only prepackaged food. Paper towel dispenser to be refilled by tomorrow.
