Reviewed pest control report. Last service was on 10/26/2024. No monitor traps observed in facility. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. A food facility shall not operate when there is a vermin infestation that has resulted in the contamination of food contact surfaces, food packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food(s). [COS] Owner killed the live cockroaches and cleaned the dead cockroaches on the floor. Per owner, pest control will conduct another service on Friday. A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify compliance.
