Employee observed depositing two soiled plates from customers into a tub maintained on an uncovered trash can near the dishwashing area, then proceeded to handle clean spoons in a bowl maintained at the cook-line, as well as handle a plate of cooked-ready-to-eat food intended for customer service. [CA] Employees shall wash their hands in all of the following scenarios: (1) Immediately before engaging in food preparation, including working with nonprepackaged food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-use food containers and utensils.
