[CA] Ensure hot water is provided at all warewash, prep, and mop sinks. Facilities without hot water shall not prepare any open food. [SA] Facility to discontinue sale of reheated prepackaged food until hot water may be provided at 120F. Facility may not prepare food until re-inspection has occurred and approval is provided from County of Santa Clara, Environmental Health Branch. Resuming sale of reheated prepackaged food without prior approval may result in further enforcement.
