There was no paper towel supply on the restroom's handwash station. [CA] Refill the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser immediately. Until the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser is refilled/fixed, provide a roll-type soap dispenser. The facility manager provided a roll-type paper towel (COS).
