Multiple boxes of 'Goobers chocolate' was opened at the time of inspection. Boxes that were opened had maggots and bugs inside of them at the time of inspection. [CA] Remove product from the sales floor and dispose of properly. [SA] All product was VCD at the time of inspection. VCD form was provided.
