One live adult cockroach was on a wall in the pantry area, in the main kitchen, behind a wooden board that was leaning against the wall. No other evidence of vermin was observed. [CA] Keep facility clear of vermin. [SA] The cockroach was immediately killed. A follow-up inspection will be conducted tomorrow, 10/17/25 to assess compliance.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

PHF's within the upstairs walk in refrigerator measured at 52 F to 56 F (see measured observations). Ambient temperature of the unit measured at 52 F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PHF's within the walk in voluntarily condemned and discarded. Minor: Measured PHF's within the cook line right side preparation refrigerator at 43 F to 45 F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
