Observed lack of soap at the kitchen handsink. Observed handsink was obstructed by multiple pieces of coffee equipment inside the sink, as well as boxes placed in front of the sink. [CA] Handsinks must be supplied with soap at all times. Handsinks must be available and completely unobstructed. [COS] A small container of soap was placed at the handsink. Equipment was removed from handsink.
