[SA] Educated PIC on proper warewashing and sanitizing steps. Set up 100ppm chlorine sanitizer in 3-compartment sink. ALL WARES MUST BE SANITIZED IN 100PPM CHLORINE AND AIR-DRIED BEFORE USE.
