[COS] PIC relocated washed produce to preparation sink during inspection. 2) Facility lacks test strips for sanitizer of choice (chlorine). [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
