3-comp sink observed to have leaky faucet. [CA] Repair faucet.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

3 large dead cockroaches observed in trap by back door. Rodent droppings observed to be on the floor behind right most soda machine and in hollow cabinet between register. Cabinet is not used for storage of anything and is follow for soda lines to run. [CA] Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings and dead cockroaches. Monitor facility regularly for signs of new vermin activity. Facility shall send inspector a photo of the areas cleaned and sanitize by the end of 07/29/2026.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
