Accumulation of water, ice, and debris at bottom of drink cooler. One interior line of drink cooler appears to be leaking into inside of cooler. Drain line for cooler appeared to be clogged that caused stagnant water at the bottom of the cooler. [CA] Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. Note: Francesco was cleaning and draining drink cooler during inspection but interior line is still leaking water into inside of cooler.
