PIC and staff were unable to answer how the coffee pots and pickle tongs are sanitized. Staff showed my hand sanitizer and PIC showed a detergent for the coffee pots.
[CA] All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of, and shall be properly trained in, food safety as it relates to their assigned duties.
[COS] Inspector educated on proper warewashing, sanitizing, and testing the sanitizer with test strips. Three compartment sink was set up to sanitize dishes. Proper warewashing sticker was provided onsite.
