1) Observed storage of coffee machines on the sales floor. Per employee, the coffee machines are not in active use and are out of service. (Facility lacks a dedicated warewashing sink and is not permitted for food preparation. Per previous inspection report, this coffee machine will be removed from the premises.) [CA] The premises of a food facility shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. 2) Observed gap between the bottom of the back door and the ground, leading to the outside of facility. [CA] Seal all gaps in the facility. The facility shall be fully enclosed to prevent pest entrance and harborage.
