Observed minor leak below the waste drain pipe on the far right basin of the three-compartment food preparation sink. Waste water is being caught with a plastic bucket maintained below the drain. [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system.

Paper towel dispenser at the hand wash sink closes to the entrance into the kitchen lacked paper towels. Paper towels were maintained on a standalone towel holder on the other side of the hand sink. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers. Hand wash sink at the cook line is covered in plastic wrap and appears to be inoperable. [CA] Provide sufficient number and conveniently locate handwash sinks near food prep area or warewashing area.

Thermostat displayed outside of the refrigerator displayed a temperature between 45F to 46F. At the time, refrigerator did not have any food items besides a bag of flour. [CA] Refrigeration must be capable of maintaining PHFs at 41°F or below.
