Corn and Beans (prepackaged) were found stored on carts measuring around 42-49F at 10:45 am. Per staff, they removed it from the fridge recently for service at 11:15 am. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Items were moved back into refrigeration. Ensure to maintain foods within required temperature ranges prior to service.

Facility staff were observed putting away their cellular device and proceed to handle prepackaged foods and equipment. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required. [COS] EH inspector instructed staff to wash their hands prior to commencing food handling.
