Drain at handwash sink does not appear to be connected and water is spilling onto the floor. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

Floor drain outside walk in freezer had a puddle of water around it and was not draining. Verified that all other floor sinks/drains were working. [CA] Repair/replace floor drain and ensure that water drains appropriately through it. [SA] Floor drain not draining is not affecting other areas at this time.
