The automatic paper towel dispenser at the handwash station near the kitchen area is dispening paper towels at too small of a length to effectively dry hands. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. Increase the length of each paper towel sheet.

[CA] The juncture of the floor and wall shall be coved with a 3/8-inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least 4 inches. Repair the coving. Observed grime buildup on floor behind ice machine. [CA] Clean the floor and maintain in good condition. The floors in front prep area are sticky. [CA] Clean the floors and maintain in good condition.
