Tray of burger toppings ( lettuce, onions) noted outside of the sneeze guard. [CA] Keep food protected from droplet contamination by locating behind/below the sneeze guard. Note-Observed several appliances against the wall (toaster, air fryer, coffee makers etc) that take up majority of the space on the table. Per management, they are looking into relocating all equipment to adjacent wall and increasing wattage for the electrical outlets to support the various equipment used by students.

Measured boiled egg, feta cheese, alfalfa sprouts, diced chicken between 46-57F at salad bar unit less than 1.5hours. Food items to be used for dinner service. [CA] Maintain potentially hazardous food 41F or below. Food was relocated to reach in to cool down.
