Hatched oothecas were observed in the facility. One on a wire rack near the prep sink and the other on the floor near the soda syrups. Rodent droppings were observed on the black storage rack near the mop sink, on the floor near the cookline, and in the front service area on the floor between the steam table and the cash register counter. 2.
