Paper towel dispenser at the only hand wash sink in the kitchen lacked towels. Paper towel roll was maintained on the storage boxes behind the hand wash station along the back of the walk-in refrigerator. [CA] Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers.

(4) After caring for or handling any animal allowed in a food facility in pursuant to this part.
